Anyone know of any 3rd party processors who are still billing for celeb content ?

i thought the big third party processors weren't billing anymore for celeb sites but i clicked a link in somebody's sig a few weeks ago to a program that has lots of celeb sites and they had third party processing from one of the big 4 adult third party processors.

thats because they were accepted in the past
no new site can be setup with any of the known processors
not even 16yo teen site processor verotel takes celeb sites
