LOP.com Toolbar, Please Help Me Get Rid of It!!

This enoying blue toolbar from lop.com got installed. I usually get rid of it really easily with adaware 6. I don't know why but it doesn't work anymore. I tried Adaware, Spybot - Search & Destroy & NoAdware, and they all see it and they "delete" it. But it always comes back, I even get it again after 2 scans in a row (including a delete).

Please help me, its slowing down everything, and my IE works half of the time because of it!

You really should install SpyBlaster. You will most likely not see spyware again.
