Webair... my frickin site has been deleted!!

christ!! what has happened to you guys??????????
tech support doesnt exist! I opened support tickets, sent various emails, many icqs, I called support and they told me to shoot an email to mike at webair.com, and nothing!!!!

I really hate bringing this here but nobody is responding to me and I have paid spots going up, I cant delay anymore!

My site was deleted! Gone! 100% up in smoke! All files, html everything! In my cgi-bin was a half deleted ucj trade script which no longer works! My TGP script..gone, sql databases gone.

The guy working in support told me that you had hardware issues with a hd.

All I ask is for you to reinstall these for me, and create another mysql database..

Come on man, who do I need to contact to get this done!!!

Right now I show Sagi, Ayumi, Will and Mike available on ICQ....also strange that a phone call to tech support would tell you to email a sales rep?

In my 5 years being in the biz I have heard some good things about webair, but I have also heard many horror stories like this, a guy I knew really well had something like this happen too. Seems everything is cool until you need some tech support.

Here's my advice. Get you a server at isprime, they have the best bandwidth of all adult hosts, and they use good servers. They also have the best tech support I have ever seen. And they aint even really all that expensive either.

Same thing happened to me last week on webair. They apparently werent doing their back-ups like is mentioned on their site and a week later their "data recovery specialist" hasnt came up with anything.

This is the first problem ive had with webair and its not one of my main hosting accounts so its not a total disaster but it has been an inconveniance.

Anybody else getting this when clicking on either 'MySQL Manager' or a number of the other links in the control panel?...

I had the same problem 2 weeks ago. All of my domains were deleted. I had to transfer all my files again, it took about 4 hours. They told me it was an hardware issue. But if this would be the case I expect to get informed about this problem. But I had to discover the empty site by myself.
But the Live Support was very fast. Better than last year.

My sites were completely destroyed as well... and I was pretty upset. However, I will say that Mike made it up to me and more so things are good now.
