Its not a bald spot, youre right!! Its actually a hair discoloration he has.. And when he grows out that nappy hair he has you can really see it.. Looks bad.. But when he braids his hair into the bad ass shitlocks look he looks better and meaner.

It's the same deal every year with Portland - they had a better chance of winning back when Clyde was leading them. History is against them - when was the last time a team won it all without having a #1 man? L.A. had O'Neal, San Antonio had Duncan, Chicago had Jordan, Houston had Olajuwan, Detroit had Isaiah, L.A. had Magic, Boston had Bird, Philly had Malone - you probable have to back to Seattle in 78-79 to find a team similar to Portland. I just can't see Portland getting by both L.A. and San Antonio this year.

Yeah, I see Philli there in the East, and they did kick our ass in our home early this season, but the Vetran team will take it..
The Blazers this year are soo stacked talent wise we are way different from years past.. We are so stacked, we are now like the New York Yankees of Basketball. We are literally a touring all-star team. We have all stars that sit on our bench as 3rd string players.. It is crazy. |

phillie won't win the nba champioship. Damn, iverson can't score 50 points a night, and expect to lead his team to victory. Anyways, I just think there's too many well rounded teams in the west, and philly, just can't do it with only 1 good offensive player.

Lakers?? Tell me, how can the Lakers beat Portland?? They cant.. We own them this year.. The two teams are not the same at all compared to last year, and as for the Spurs, we will see on Thursday who is the better team at this time.. IT will be a national televised game on TNT, so in thursday this time I will post here on this thread telling you, "I told you so"

boneprone, fuck your trailblazers. Sorry, but if the lakers dumped kobe bryant, then the lakers could easily beat them.
Kobe screws up that teams whole chemistry, and he's just a ball hog. They should've traded him and isiah rider for some players that could help their team out. ------------------ Terrance http://www.penis-enlarge.com |

The regular season means shit. Chicago only had the best record in the league 3 times when they won their 6 championships. The fact is, when the playoffs come, the game changes. Kobe will be out of the picture, you'll see - everything will run through O'Neal. The same deal in San Antonio - everything will go through Duncan. The playoff game is much more controlled - there's little room for hidden variables. What's Portland's strategy going to be? Well, frankly, they don't have one. Last year, they were stacked too and a lot of people picked them to beat the Lakers but Portland couldn't even decide who their best point guard was - bringing in Greg Anthony to finish games does not work in the playoffs. In the playoffs, the benches are shortened and depth means shit. Sure they might beat S.A. on Thursday but there's no way they're going to beat them in the playoffs.

I never worte off l.a. or portland. In fact, if anyone wins it, it will be teams made up of mostly veterans like Portland, L.A., or Utah.
But Kobe still screws up that whole team. Quote:

Bone - People have been saying the Blazers have "the best all around team" for years. lol
This year for sure right Bone? (if not, next year right? and the year after that. )Lakers can't win without Kobe. He brings stuff to the table that's necessary to win it all. Creativity on offense, killer defense. They can't just force it to Shaq all the time. They need the balance that he brings. Kobe..a ball hog? Mofo's a veteran at the tender age of 22 buddy. Most kids haven't even played one game of pro ball by that age. He just has to USE Shaq for his advantage more often. Besides, in a couple of years, the transition from the Lakers being Shaq's team to Kobe's team is emminent. Iverson's a hog. He's just recently learning to share. If either one of those fools would just give in and let the other be top dog, the lakers would be unstoppable. Regardless of how deep Portland or anyone else's bench is. |

Trust me, this year depth will win... We really should have won against the lakers last year which would have gotten us the title. But Things happen, no excuses we choked.. Yes I agree we may seem like the Buffalo Bills if basketball, but this year we are much more like the Yankees of Basketball.. With our deep check book we have remodled this team into an all star team.
Our depth and talent is not the same as it was last year so there can be no comparison.. With the development of Bonzi Wells, the addition of All stars Dale Davis and Shawn Kemp, along with the other big men in the middle Rasheed wallace and Sabonis we have enough talent to match up with ANY team.. Also with the floor leadership of Scottie Pipen 6 time NBA champ, and Dream Teamer Steve Smith getting healthy along with Detlef Schrepf and Damon Stottlemire who can match up to us? Also coming off the bench we have the "Plastic Man" Stacey Augmon, and now floor General Rod Strickland.. Unlike last year we wont have to worry about Anthony coming out when Damon is tired, instead we have Strickland coming out and slowing the game down to more of a technical game. With the leadership and Vetrens on this team, it would be foolish to say that we are not the favorites to take it all this year. Last year we didnt have Dale Davis the allstar and NBA champ.. Him along with Kemp were the 2 best Power forwards in the East Last year, and here in P-town they are bench players because we are so talented. |

Look back before the Jordan era and to the Pistons, and Lakers Era.. Recall how deep those teams were that won it..
Jordan's Bulls were an exception to the rule, there will never be another Jordan, and dispite what Kobe thinks he is no Jordan. Great NBA teams have won the titles with depth. Everyone knew that the Bulls had no depth, and they still won 6 times, thats what made them and Jordan So amazing... But things have changed, the Bulls are gone, Phil Jackson isnt coaching Jordan, and the Lakers arent the Bulls.. Once again the dynamic of team and depth will come to play, and the Lakers and Philli arent it.. I agree the Spurs are great, and may be the only obstacle in our way.. But they play on Thursday, and the entire league will be watching. |

Thaty Pistons team was deep..
Isiah Thomas Bill Lambeer Dennis Rodman Vinnie Johnson Mark Aguire Joe Dumars James Edwards John Sally and I remember there were a lot more but cant rember the names.. They were the BAD Boys, and those guys were DEEP, no one could beat them, the talent just came coming and coming at you.. Hey didnt that deep team beat that Portland team with Clyde in the early 90's? |

I agree both the Pistons and Lakers were deep but they also had a central figure that they ran the offense through. If Rasheed steps it up and takes his game to a slightly higher level, then I can see Portland going places but until that happens Portland doesn't have much of a chance.

They can't win without kobe, that's b.s.
As far as depth goes for the trail blazers, they have it probably like nothing I've seen. But still, pippen is not the pippen of old. Rasheed wallace, their top guy, needs to step it up quite a bit if they want to go all the way. And their bench should get them deep in the playoffs. If they can get to the finals, and that's a big if, then they should win it all cause I think that their bench will keep the team fresh. But I think that getting out of the west will be pretty difficult for them. ------------------ Terrance http://www.penis-enlarge.com |

Have you seen the Box score for a Blazer game lately?? I dont care if you love em or hate em, its really cool to look at.
7 Players in double digit scoring, and usually 4 players with more than 5 assists.. We lead or did lead the league in Assists, and Blocked shots.. Also in Points scored and Field goal percentage.. Even if you dont think they can take it all, you have to admit, the team is fun to watch with all the talent it has. ------------------ Webmaster/Owner www.boneprone.com icq: 66883099 |

Portland would have a chance if Rasheed Wallace would play basketball instead of trying to referee or trying to get into arguments with refs.
Iverson plays hard all the time and with injuries. |

I personally like Iverson a lot. I think he deserve's MVP. but,I can't see the 76ers winning with him as their 1 man offense.
If the 76ers meet the bucks in the eastern finals, then philly is screwed. Quote:

I'd also like to say that Larry Bird must be the best coach in NBA history
Look at the pacers, and tell me how the hell they were so good with bird. He made Jalen Rose a god, and damn reggie miller was the only one I ever really thought of as being a real good player on that team till last year ------------------ Terrance http://www.penis-enlarge.com |
