The regular season means shit. Chicago only had the best record in the league 3 times when they won their 6 championships. The fact is, when the playoffs come, the game changes. Kobe will be out of the picture, you'll see - everything will run through O'Neal. The same deal in San Antonio - everything will go through Duncan. The playoff game is much more controlled - there's little room for hidden variables. What's Portland's strategy going to be? Well, frankly, they don't have one. Last year, they were stacked too and a lot of people picked them to beat the Lakers but Portland couldn't even decide who their best point guard was - bringing in Greg Anthony to finish games does not work in the playoffs. In the playoffs, the benches are shortened and depth means shit. Sure they might beat S.A. on Thursday but there's no way they're going to beat them in the playoffs.
