89 honda civic crx with a b20 motor from a crv with the head from an integra type r 7 pounds of boost with a hondata ecu s300 might run you 15k at most. Runs 13 flats which will get you up there holding your BOYISH car with most of the Ferarri on the streets not heavily modded. Put another 7 or 8g in it and built it to take 10 pounds of boost or swap in a H22 motor from a prelude and run 8 and you are hitting 9's baby.

Toyota and Nissan straight 6's are capable of putting out 1000 and up hp while running on 93 octane pump gas. The 3sgte is a 4 cyl and it can put out about 800, 2jzgte in the supra can put out 1000 easy (ask Saad N Saad of California) with a single turbo upgrade. I was making lots of money as a kid hustling guys who thought like most of you, of course since you guys had more money it was not that big of a deal....RIGHT? It was not the money I wanted but the look on the face of someone who had a 80k car that got beat by my honda or toyota "Tinker Toy"

Any woman who you attract with your car alone is in my opinion not the right kinda woman. If you have some money problems hit and you gotta liquidate your stuff to rebuild she is gonna walk. Like 2Short said "She don't want you man, she wanna fuck your car" So any bitch who rolls because of a car is easy cheeze and not worth bragging about.

The issue is this, the luxury and sports cars are nice off the showroom floor. No question anything out of Japan is not going to be as nice because of the gentleman's umbrella and the mentality of the Japanese when they engineer their cars. But there are some hard hitters straight from the lot RX-7, Evo, Skyline and most of the cars can, at this point be modded to stick with other cars on the road in straight lines and in curves. By the time you add all the money up, the Jap cars can be equivelent for the same or less money. And anytime any of the Jap "boys" want leather interior, tv's or sound systems there are plenty of places out there like www.monkeymotorsports.com, www.lightningmotorsports.com, www.hybrid-racing.com to hook them up. You can scoff if you want but plain and simple for less money they can do everything your cars do and sometimes more.

In the future, anytime some of you guys want to challange some of the kids that are out there running these cars, I am sure i can arrange for some put up or shut up time......but do not blame me when a 92 eg6 civic hits a 10 and you are in the 11's or you get passed by a 91 rx-7 in your Ruff.

Not trying to get into any arguments, the point is I know this because I used to hussle in the street races, I then made more money when I opened a shop up to build faster Japanese cars. Everything I said can be found in magazines, not bashing the other cars, I am just saying from my experience, everything that your cars can do, the Jap cars can do also for cheaper. the biggest differance is that your cars have big names and so also big price tags. I guess we can sum it up as "to each his own" there are some domestics i would buy GT40 or Pantara for instance. I would buy an 8 if it were german, but I do prefer using a tinker toy to beat "real" cars is all.

I will admit once again from the factory with no mods the german cars are very nice to ride in daily.

buy a suzuki gsxr 750 blue/white, put on chrome rims and get an arai helmet. invest the difference. you look even more cool than some jerk off with a car, plus you'll have a vehicle that depreciates less and you're making money on the majority of the money(hopefully)
