Because the right bra can make you a cup size bigger and turn you from an A cup into a b cup such as the water bra at Fredericks of Hollywood or such as Body by Victoria which has gel inserts built into the bra. I also have friends that will wear TWO push up bras to give them more cleavage and a lot of peple including Hollywood actresses wear curves or those gel inserts that can increase you cup by like 2 sizes.

it seems most bras today come with breast already in them, so the flat chested women dont have to worry and the women with breast cant find bras that work for them, current on a good bra hunt, lol
