Who takes PROHORMONES? I'm planning to BULK UP.
I'm 5'11 and only 120-125lbs. It's a problem. Every time I work out I have a problem gaining weight. I gain plenty of strength really fast. I also gain muscle definition and mass but nothing that'll make my overall appearance better.
I'm going to start a 4 week cycle of M1T stacked with 4AD. People on forums talk about gaining like a pound a day from that stack but I figure they're already bodybuilders. I mean I've been working out, walking around 2-3 miles a day, overall great shape except for the smokes. I wanna know, if I'm only 120lbs at this moment, can I actually expect that kind of extreme gain with all the anabolic work that's going on?

4-6lbs maybe depending on your diet, that's the avg from what i've read
make sure your diet is tuned for your goals, about 75% of your gains will be based on your diet also make sure you've got some intense weight training going on (about 3-4x a week @ 60min) not sure if you'll want to bother with cardio at this point... but you could do somethin like 2-3x a week in the morning for like 20-30 min to keep the fat down |
