4-6lbs maybe depending on your diet, that's the avg from what i've read
make sure your diet is tuned for your goals, about 75% of your gains will be based on your diet
also make sure you've got some intense weight training going on (about 3-4x a week @ 60min)
not sure if you'll want to bother with cardio at this point... but you could do somethin like 2-3x a week in the morning for like 20-30 min to keep the fat down
