I had a date but it's been rescheduled for tomorrow night. I have The Cooler in the DVD player since I was going to watch it LAST night, so I'll probably watch it tonight instead!

He's too cute. I'd love to find a black on myself. Two appointments with 2 different breeders tomorrow. Hopefully they'll have good news for me.

Niagara Falls is a blast. Well...the Canadian side at least. My travelling companion is only 19...so up there, she can party without getting me in trouble.

Sorry. I don't do second hand dogs. I want a puppy with no baggage. Not a 3 year old dog that has been neglected and has issues...like the one my parents just rescued. I'm only dealing with reputable breeders, so pet stores and puppy mills aren't an issue here.

The most important thing is that you do what is right for you, because inevitably the animal will have a far better life.

I don't like puppy mills because I think when you buy from them, you perpetuate that situation.

As far as the rescues, I was not experienced enough to do it. If I get a second one, I likely will. So long as you get a Pug, I think they are just generally good dogs all the way around, rescue or breeder. The ones from the rescues may just require more time.

Peaches has great Pugs. They are adorable.

It's after 5am Saturday morning as I type this...
but it's still the tail end of my Friday...
got a ton of stuff done today... sometimes it
takes a 16 hour day to feel like you've finished up a
week just *right*

not to say that I won't be doing some work
Saturday and touching base with a few folks on
Sunday... have a cookout this weekend...
still need to make the macaroni salad...
have tons of brownies made...

and other than all that - if I have 2 hours to spare
