I went on Atkins about 1.5 months ago. Dropped a lot of weight. I figure around 27-30lbs in total. Before that I lost around 10 from not eating fast food anymore. So in total since december I have dropped around 42 pounds I am looking at.

If you want to change your life, and change how others see you.... wow can dropping weight help. Outlook changes, more doors open. More energy means more productivity.

Congrats. I dropped carbs (though I still eat fruit and veggies), while also dropping sugary drinks and salt and dropped about 20 pounds in 1 1/2 months. Crazy how that shit works...
