Congrats. I dropped carbs (though I still eat fruit and veggies), while also dropping sugary drinks and salt and dropped about 20 pounds in 1 1/2 months. Crazy how that shit works...

BTW, I always thought you were the handsome one in the pictures... Boy was I wrong.
