We want you back (so we can steal more of your money)

Let's get busy (avoiding your phone calls and lying to you at conventions)

Ibill wants customers back?

They apparently can afford to go to conventions, and buy advertising -- but their budget seems to end where it counts -- PAYING THEIR DEBT

Garrett Bender told me "If we pay you, we'll have to pay everyone!"

OH NO!!! NOT THAT!!!!

Is that the kind of company you want to trust with your billing?

It's not drama. It's a case of a company owing another company money.

You were the first person I thought of when I saw that banner. If they want anyone's business back, they can start by paying up on their 900 billing. New management or new owners means jack all when they owe large debts.

I don't think Ibill has "customers", I think they have "victims"

Hope I don't sound too bitter!

Lets see a post from Garrett Bender about why he doesn't think he should have to pay all the people that got fucked when Worldcom died. Ibill has a supplier problem, and passed it on to the sponsors. We paid out to our affiliates MONEY WE NEVER GOT from Ibill.

Let everyone see for themselves, and decide for themselves who can and can't be trusted.

Some people seem to love Ibill, but I have heard enough bad opinions about them from reputable webmasters/program owners to conclude that I will never use them as a main or secondary processor.

I've been using gx900.com since the "Ibill no pay me on 900" fiasco and the results have been solid.

Also getting phone sales on Int'l users which Ibill still doesnt support. They are a good choice for 900 billing if you're still looking for one

i dont' understand why companies that rip people off think their name is still valueable -why not make a new company name and pretend you're brand new instead of carring all that baggage with you.

It's good for people to know about stuff like this. You probably won't get paid on your debt, Steve, but who knows, miracles can happen! ;)

Steve, you're dead bang on with this one. New company or not, you bought the debt too, pay up and make good. Who cares if Worldcom didn't pay iBill, iBill sure as hell should be making good on their debts.

I'm curious... If the new owners did pay the web900 debt off, how many of you, who don't use Ibill now, would switch to Ibill as your processor, or add Ibill as one of your processors?

Ibill has been doing very very right by us lately, their scrub is just right and payouts are on time.

Why they decided to stiff everyone on the Worldcom loss who knows. The amounts were probably not that significant and certainly they have lost more in bad pr. I can only hope whomever made the decision to do this is long gone.

Tell that to the sponsors who took a huge hit but yet paid their webmasters. They were hit twice as hard.

They didnt stiff anyone they didnt get paid. Stiffing is you get paid and then dont pay the ones you owe money too. To pay your affiliates was a business choice you made. I was in sales for 10 yrs I didnt get paid my commisions until my company got paid. It didnt matter if I cried and yelled thats not fair until that money came in I didnt get a dime. Also if one month I dont get paid for something I dont keep it on my site. Ibill has been great for us and has always done the right thing for credit cards they rock but I dont do 900 because getting paid sucks and my checks are done by WTS bank so I am not a pollyanna but I think you are being over the top about this. You think the other third party processors would of paid you if they didnt get paid thats funny lol.
