Maybe some girls entered the Miss GFY contest to promote their revshare programs. Hello. Maybe Alysha wasn't trying to score points through shock value, but have her entry reflect her niche and advertise her business which IS porn. Anyway, I think the witty word play (go fist yourself) *is* creative. Furthermore, when they issued this challenge it wasn't all about creativity, but more about simply wearing the tank/g and trying to make "the sexiest or most interesting" photo. Obviously fisting is interesting to everyone or this wouldn't be such a long thread.

Good point though that "there's not an it's not fair clause in the law". Still, the legality of fisting content is open to interpretation. Some people might be comfortable taking that risk even if you're not AND they might not be doing it as "the easy way out" but because it's a genuine sexual interest of theirs without a lot of competition (from other indie personality-based sites).

Kimmy is right on the money. Seymore Butts aka Adam Glasser discussed his legal case on the radio a few weeks ago. He felt he was victorious. He said he has a whole lot of fisting videos that will probably gather dust in his warehouse because it isn't worth the risk of selling a fisting video outside the State of California.
