exactly... thats the problem with obsenity laws in the US... Its a matter of personal opinions... which is dangerous for a society.. those laws are not based on logical reasonings.. but on moral ideals... moral ideals inspired at the base by religion... sex is dirty etc.. Which opens the door to some frightening things... just look at some countries in the middle east for more extreme exemples..

The thing is the state has no business telling grown consenting adults whats obscene/immoral and what is not...
