Black Widows are not something to play with... I just saw a TV show all about Venom ER. Even though they have antivenom, it's still really bad shit. The antivenom can be just as deadly as the bite itself.

Moral: Don't be bitten by a Black Widow!

I have a spider living in my passenger side mirror... I've only ever seen it once just as I was starting the engine, and the vibration caused it to scurry back in. I wash off my car every week or two and give the mirror a good high pressure squirt, but the web is back there the next day!

Everyone is yelling about how they can kill you. We have them all over here, I know of several people that were bitten and dun dun dun... EVERYONE IS ALIVE. May rot a spot where it bites you but you're not going to die unless you have a heart attack. Aside from that, they are the slowest spiders I've ever seen and very non aggressive.

50 spiders

I had 7 in my garage last summer. Now I have monthly exterminator visits, they do the house and the yard. Havent seen a black widow, desert brown spider or any kind of bug other than those tiny little brown ants.
