Project Management?

I often imagine a project scope beyond my personal limits.

I have trouble starting out on a basic level and then progressing with smaller goals. I'm often considering the end product too soon and coding/creating somethign that is way ahead of itself and thus cripples my productivity.

Can someone reccomend a book that focuses on project management, goal based tasking, etc, even with 1-2 person teams?

The Mythical Man-Month is a good one for managing project teams.

Helped me a lot with my first large project several years ago.
