Brian Tracy is great. Another to check out is Zig Zigler...and the infamous...Tony Robbins.
Brian Tracy gives you some great motivation in sales though. He is the master...

I just got this tape at the library and it's pretty good

I was really into Brian Tracy last year, then I lost the motivation to buy any more of them...lol
