Lost CCBill passwords

This one is driving me nuts. Every day a horde of people email that they lost a ccbill password.

As near as I can tell, there is no ccbill link I can send them to, that would ask for some secret info (subscription number, credit card, whatever) and give them their username/password.

The CCBill link I see talks about helping customers find an account so they can cancel it. It don't want to send anybody to that link to look up a password obviously.

Does such a link exist with CCBill? Otherwise, I'm writing a back end system to store them and a lookup script, but this is such a common and stupid issue I'm sure ccbill must have it somewhere?

Nah, thats the one that offers customers to "lookup and cancel". I'd rather do them manually then send people there.

Same problem. Once you find your membership, the first choice is to cancel. I'd really rather not dangle that button in front of members; I just want a password lookup function.
