Dave is claiming that the judgement against him has been voided somehow. He gave a docket number. Someone needs to call and find out if he's telling the truth. I have nothing against you guys, with the exception that I do not like to see "Jerry's show content" making accusations.

Would I do business with Dave? No. I'll admit that these accusations bring doubt to my mind. But if it turns out that you guys are lying then I am very glad Dave is suing and trying to clear his name.
