I list clean galleries and require no recip. Your galleries will remain in the archives for at least one year. Just follow the rules and you will definitely be listed within a day or two. No limits on the number of sites you can submit per day as long as each site has new pictures.

using AP bigpic/banners is ok in my book. And I prefer no-recip galleries, since the submissions get used at several sites.
