Stomach pains

Has anyone had any bad stomach pains where it hurts so bad that you can barely move? One time I even broke out in a cold sweat because it hurt so much and went to the emergency room. I've been having these types of pains maybe 3-4 times a year where I would have to go to the hospital, but everytime they aren't able to find what's wrong with me. They've done cat scans, colonoscopy (this isn't very fun), x-rays, and blood tests. It freaks me out that I get these pains and they can't find anything wrong.

Are you sure don't have ulcer or something?

A buddy of mine always have upset stomach and it turned out he has gastro-whatnot...the bottom line is he drinks too much alcohol and not eating enough.

appendiex? I had a friend who had stomach problems and she needed her appendix out.

I'm a bit paranoid about cancer... about the colonoscopy... Does it require anaesthesia, and if so is it general or local? And is it really painful?

I don't know if this helps, but sometimes if it's too cold when I'm trying to sleep, my body will tense up against the cold and my stomach will knot up severely. it's very painful and I have to jump in a hot shower, I mean, almost no cold mixed in at all, to warm up and thaw out before I can go back to sleep. These stomach aches are so painful that I can't think and can barely move, they are sharp and sometimes I even feel like I should throw up, but can't move my stomach muscles to do so. I think someone told me is was my diaphram charlie horsing. Maybe what you are experiencing is similar.

youve probably got a leaking appendix, a leak the size of a pinhole is hard to detect. then it stops leaking and nothing shows up on the tests.

might be urinary track infection or terrible ulcers. ive had those kinds of pains, and it took a third opinion to figure it out. was on antibiotics for a week, think. one thing that really sucks is that when you dont figure em out, youll get badbreath.

hope you get well man.

I hope you feel better and can get some rest tonight!

The last time I had pains like that I had a cyst on one of my ovaries.

Initially, doctors thought it was my appendix.
