I need a sponsor that pays per click and the surfer is not requierd to go through a warning page.

A nice page with thumbs would be great.

Do you count traffic from all countries or only English speaking traffic?

We count all traffic, including foreign. There's a sliding scale for non-premium countries. Check out the T&C's for full details.
