Jesus Fucking Christ - I can't feel my legs.
 almost 16 hours in this chair today...and I'm serious I'm probably developing blood clots right now and will die of an aneurysm as I sleep.  I think I'll go lie down and watch a movie or something...cya |

Take it easy man.. I know that feeling. I got up too fast one time.. like 3-4 years ago after an all nighter.. both legs were asleep.. I fell face first on the floor.

Actually, if you are seriously worried about clots, take an aspirin (if you don't have stomach problems) it'll thin out your blood.

when I was pregannt I got rushed to hospital with a suspected blood vlot form doing an all day PC sit down.
Ever since then Ive learnt to take walks around the house every hour AHHA PC's should come with one of those warning videos you get on airplanes "now rotate your ankles like so.."

No shit...... I pull 16-18 hr days way too damn often, and it sucks. But not so much anymore, I have to get up and walk outside for a bit, or around the house. Or we'll take a drive to a shopping center or something and just walk around there........... anything where I am not sitting. I have a bad back and it will make my leg go numb even if I am walking sometimes, so I REALLY have to watch it. Hurts to walk and hurts to sit, so I just don't do either for extended periods of time anymore. For 9 years I worked in a factory where I was standing as much as I sit now, and trust me, neither is good for you. LOL |
