I pull 16-18 hr days way too damn often, and it sucks. But not so much anymore, I have to get up and walk outside for a bit, or around the house. Or we'll take a drive to a shopping center or something and just walk around there........... anything where I am not sitting.
I have a bad back and it will make my leg go numb even if I am walking sometimes, so I REALLY have to watch it. Hurts to walk and hurts to sit, so I just don't do either for extended periods of time anymore. For 9 years I worked in a factory where I was standing as much as I sit now, and trust me, neither is good for you. LOL
