feel like you're so out of it that you can't even walk straight, think, see, or anything. it's like you're totally fucked up in everyway possible and you almost fall down when you stand up and you can barely think enough to stand up.

I sure do... my blood pressure is pretty low tho and I am tired often. Give some time to yourself, don't want to jump out of the bed or you can even have an accident and break your leg or something.

I used to call it the morning truck effect when I got up and couldn't get going verywell, tired, or klutzy, and not doing so well.,.... that it was like a morning truck parked ontop of me, keeping me slow and hardly able to go. It slowed me down, and sometimes it was worse, like when the morning truck was ontop of me, heavy, and I was run down but then they backed the truck up AGAIN, so I was in REALLY BAD SHAPE, . Like once wasn't enough!!!

If I get up early most mornings I'm fine, but if i sleep in for a week in a row, i get really sluggish in the mornings.
