I used to call it the morning truck effect when I got up and couldn't get going verywell, tired, or klutzy, and not doing so well.,.... that it was like a morning truck parked ontop of me, keeping me slow and hardly able to go. It slowed me down, and sometimes it was worse, like when the morning truck was ontop of me, heavy, and I was run down but then they backed the truck up AGAIN, so I was in REALLY BAD SHAPE, . Like once wasn't enough!!!
