CCBILL EU is there a Visa fee?
Reffer to the subject does anyone know if its true that there isnt a fee for new accounts?
If its true does this mean only the new countries added or the rest of the EU?

No visa fee's. But processing fee's are higher for EU clients processing through a US processor (IPSP).
