What we do?
We are an M&A Mediator creating relationships between buyers and sellers. Having been in hosting industry personally for the past 4 years we have acquired tremendous knowledge and experience.

We act as a mediator between a buyer and a seller and not as an agent or an employee of either. All of our fees are paid by the BUYER that hires us to find them a seller of a certain company. No fees are ever paid unless a successful deal goes through. Due to this issue we work very hard for our money and keep both parties at highest levels of confidentiality.

What we have right now:
We currently have a medium hosting/storage company on the east coast looking to acquire Web / Email / Exchange / Application / Shared / Dedicated / Co-Located Hosting, as well as managed and unmanaged Data Storage companies.

Our client is serious and has cash reserved for this purchase. We are looking for only serious inquiries so please do not waste yours or our time. We have an NDA ready to sign with us and if there is an interest we would provide you a mutual NDA from a client.

Our client has a wide price range and therefore the deal value could range tremendously.
