What is a good one ? for a non-industry person ? (don't matter if it blocks everything adult releated)

you can set up some rules in outlook and or set up spam assasin on your server
i do both |

Spamnet by Cloudmark is incredible and by far the best.
It uses a p2p network. Try it free. I have nothing to do with the company but I will tell you it gets 99.9% of all my spam. |
