PPC Keyword opinion needed

Lets say that you are promoting sponsor A niche site

Would you bid on the site name of another sponsor's (same)niche site as a keyword?

I'm thinking the advantage to this is that perhaps those surfers are more inclined to buy and would be more likely to check out another site of the same genre.

I'm thinking a disadvantage would be that these people are either loyal to that one site or are just freeloaders in general looking for more free stuff from that site.

Please shed some light as I am just getting into ppc se's

trial and error is the only way you can learn anything. if people know what works there not going to spill the beans on a forum for the world to copy them.

In my experience, bidding on the actual name of a site is going to be one of your smallest sources of traffic. Bid on the keywords that are relevent to your niche, if they happen to also be part of the other site's name, so be it.

Good luck,

I've done this before, it didn't work out too well. Your better off becoming an affiliate for the site your bidding on and sending traffic to them.
