not a bad idea, but for $3k i wont be able to get enough exclusive content to start the site, and i dont think i would wanna make the site with all non-exclusive

after design, visa, etc you wouldn't have much left for content. producing your own would be the best way to keep costs low and stay within the 5k budget.

section 8 is amazing...forget about the bad cracked out neighborhoods in the 5 boroughs, on long island, there are quite a few houses that get rented out under section 8, and they're in some decent neighborhoods. i've been looking into those for a little while now

only issue is dealing with tennants

I've heard good things about GTS.

I'd personally probably split it up among PPC and maybe a few galleries. PPC is preferable because it starts an income stream rather than a quick buck.
