I've seen more and more flash presentations being implemented into adult site tours. It's coming.

The reason wmv or mpeg files aren't being used is that there's just no guarantee that your user has the latest version of those players, and the file sizes are just too darn big.

Flash can be a very effective file size sensitive medium through the use of moving masked images and animated text, along with the inclusion of audio.

A 200kb flash file which will actually load quickly can be just as effective if not more than a 1MB video clip.

Very groovy idea though.

I believe I remember some site trying that, having people get tatoos for like $200 or something.

Yep, its got regular PPC text ads and then the rich media as well.

The idea is the rich media ads get a much higher CTR so there's a lot more money being generated for everyone.
