ORDINARY mainstream hardcore will be very difficult to convict in comtemporary USA---gay sex, buttfucking, lesbian slurping and strapon sex, etc. will be very difficult to convict since virtually every state has now decriminilized their so-called "sodomy" laws, and now gays can legally marry in some places. we are NOT seeing indictments of mainstream smut for a reason---ordinary people are no longer offended by it much. but IF a producer pushes the envelope in a particular direction it's a completely different ballgame. |
