Whats your exit strategy?

i posted on another board, but whats are ur thoughts?

Quote:
with some sudden hint of luck, ive met ppl that can further my goals to make money online..

question for everyone.. how would u like to end in this biz?
do u have an exit strategy? after writing up soo many business plans, i have gotten use to thinking something like this.

do u think realistically u can be the next hun or greenguy?
do u think ur sites will ever match the popular bangbros sites?

this post was not meant to deter anyone, but to make u think what futures u would have continuing what you do.

for me, i want to make as much as i can and invest it into RE and other more solid investments. maybe on the side have some sort of site that i can build recurring income on.

thoughts?

I've been putting away over 50% of my income every year for the past 6 years.. 5-6 more and I should have enough to retire for good.

I probably wouldn't.. but it'd be nice to be able to do all this for fun.

Many believe that the only reason to start a business is to sell it.

Even if you could be the next hun, would you want to be ? Forever ? Of course you could make some serious bank for a few months, years whatever .. but eventually I'd cash in.

Anyone who starts a business should have an end goal in mind. Business is all about setting goals. Once you acheive that goal the only logical progression is to cash in.. or hand it over to an heir (son/daughter, niece/nephew etc.) if you really want to keep it close.

Im looking at the Real Estate route... Once I get enough, sell off whats left, and live of the rents. Preferably on a beach

Same.

For me I have thie strange fantasy of owning coffee shops and fast food places.
Often when I drive through an intersection I think "This would be a great spot to put a KFC". I'm just saving up for it.

Doesnt it cost like $1 Million to open one of those franchises ?

i dont think KFC would charge someone 1 mill to run their logos, that would be bad business practices

yeah
http://www.entrepreneur.com/franzone...?section=costs
I like Dunkin' Donuts too

heres a great list for anyone thinking of buying a franchise
http://www.entrepreneur.com/franzone...,5831,,00.html

If I go into business I think it's better to just buy a franchise instead of trying to reinvent the wheel myself and taking forever to grow.

Real estate sounds like a good plan. I can also try to open up a small biz on my own, I just don't know what as of now.
