Whats your exit strategy?

do u have an exit strategy? after writing up soo many business plans, i have gotten use to thinking something like this.
do u think realistically u can be the next hun or greenguy?

this post was not meant to deter anyone, but to make u think what futures u would have continuing what you do.
for me, i want to make as much as i can and invest it into RE and other more solid investments. maybe on the side have some sort of site that i can build recurring income on.
thoughts?
