I've been doing a low carb thing myself.. not quite atkins though. Seems to be working.. I've lost like 20 pounds like 4-5 months.

krispy Kremem donuts I would make an exception for, however.

there are low carb breads, wraps and such so I'm sure you could get a nice low carb crust. other than that its just staying away from high carb toppings, which pizza does not have much of.

I saw an ad from Pizza Hut here in Seattle awhile back advertising it's new "low carb" pizza.

basically they just made the crust thinner! That's where most of the carbs are in pizza.

No offense to anyone that Attkins is working for, but I think it's stupid. (Unless you are a diabetic). I keep my weight off by exercising and eating damn good food, just less of it and following little hints: no food after 7pm, several small meals as opposed to a few large ones, over 100 ounces of water per day, etc.

Just my

Example: Today I ate pizza, a roast beef/cheese sandwhich, baked hashbrowns with ham, juice, popcorn and a protein shake.... I walked a mile and lifted weights for 20 minutes.

My LDL cholesterol dropped to 74, my body fat is very low and I love everything I eat.

Same here, I basically eat/drink what I want. I just know when too much is too much.

I'd hate to live my life by a diet book and counting carbs on my plate/

Now I'm hungry.

10:30 - 11pm weekdays because I have a long commute to the office and have to get up early. On the weekends, usually 1 or 2ish.

When all doctors start telling their patients not to do it unless they're diabetics.

It still doesn't matter though, they tell people not to smoke, they still do it.

The company simply expanded rapidly into unprofitable markets. Upper management blames the "Low Carb" fad for their losses instead of blaming their own overly-ambitious business expansion plans.

Bottom line is that their target market doesn't give a flying fuck about eating healthy. Their target market likes fresh doughnuts. The suits forgot that basic fact.

True...especially the fat DR.'s telling you to go on a diet, the Dr.'s that smoke, telling you not to smoke. People will do what they want.
