dont know of any like that?
but some things you may try are like adult action cash or datinggold they pay per email and they are dating sites witch you can use content for a single girl? but i dont know of any sites that pay per email address on a single girl site? everyone does mainly niche's could be a good idea though

Thanks for the replies...kinda looking for a "per email" single girl site. FTC in my sig has a few and they convert really well so I was just looking for a few more.
