Looking for a programmer / developer that would be able to help set up a traffic management system for an mgp / personal project, not Weg related.

Essentially, an area needs to be created for webmasters who buy the mgp traffic. Inside the area, the webmaster will have the ability to start / stop traffic and view hits sent.

That being said, I am not a programmer and have no idea what further info would be needed, but here is a couple. For the rest, please contact me:

-mgp uses tm3 script.
-would like to be able to allow for credit / token purchases if possible. Not pertinent.
