Programmer for traffic management console.
 

Looking for a programmer / developer that would be able to help set up a traffic management system for an mgp / personal project, not Weg related.


Essentially, an area needs to be created for webmasters who buy the mgp traffic. Inside the area, the webmaster will have the ability to start / stop traffic and view hits sent.

-would like to be able to allow for credit / token purchases if possible. Not pertinent.
-would like the ability, or comprehend the possibility, of adding in additional traffic sources.
