I used to give it 4 days. That way you're still in her mind and she thinks there may be a slight chance of interest. However, By that time she's let her hopes down a bit and a call brightens up her day pretty well.

I don't think I ever had a guy that did that. Most of them call back the next day, send emails or SMS .One had a 7 year rule though. Went out with him and never heard from him since.
