I live in Canada right now. And i like to move to USA and work there.

What do i have to do ? Is there easy way ?

I think your best bet is to call a US embassy in Canada. They should be able to point you to all the info you need.

That's about the best thing you can do. You will have to apply for a working visa, but the embassy will be able to give you all the guidlines, details, forms (and there are a TON of forms),that you will need to follow/file.
Best of luck! Question though: Why do you want to work in the states? Where were you thinking of going to?

ex.. of one way.. need to have a business of 1 million dollars and supply americans with jobs, or you need a specialty that is needed badly, like doctors etc.

or you can marry a chick from the states, which i thought hard about and decided to pass..

Practically everyone I know wants to get the fuck out of here and go to Canada, but apparently Canada doesn't want Americans any more than America wants more Mexicans. (For the record, I have nothing against Mexicans, my uncle by marriage is Mexican, but there are WAY too many coming here all at once.)

to work in the united states, you need to have a college degree, in the field you are looking for the job and if they are ready to hire you the place of employment thats why you are going there you cant just go looking for a job. you cant go and take away jobs from americans. you have to have a skill that they dont.

look up on government website college degree in the field that you are going for the job. my brother did this 2 years ago before moving to hawaii hes canadian. hes not in phoenix.

This is good advice.

Without a college degree your only hope is to marry an American citizen.

Option A

Find one in Canada, fall in love with her and marry her for at least two years.

Option B

Visit the US on vacation, fall in love etc as in option A

Option C

Pay an American to marry you, be arrested for immigration fraud and you will be deported back to Canada or Belarus or if you are lucky get to live in USA, abeit inside a federal-pound-me-in-the-ass-prison.

There are several ways to get a work permit in the US, it will be however much more difficult without a 4 year university degree or an equivalent of 13 years professional experience. At least I believe it was 13 years. A investors VISA is the "easiest", if you have the adequate financial means.

I suggest that you contact an immigration attorney.

You need good college degree to get valid work visa under NAFTA agreement.. I?m talking about computer degree, accounting etc? You can come to US w/out a problem with Canadian passport and work under fake social security number but with your English you have risk of getting busted and be deported back to Canada or Belarus?
