Nice, looks good, except I don't like the BBQ for steak, I use cast iron plate and sear it!

If you like Sea Food alot, Milos is the Best Sea Food restaurent in Canada. They opened one in New York and won the best restaurant of New York award. Next time you come to MTL, this is a must stop.

Huh, last I check you don't ruin 30+ days dry aged meat by marinating it to mask it's outstanding flavor and tenderness.

Make your own! It's not hard. If you don't have a grill or smoker, you can make one in your backyard for only a few bucks.

I have a balcony and don't have a smoker..we have toyed with getting a grill for the balcony (it is a big one) but this is London and we get summer for about two weeks a year.

I'll grill in the dead of winter. It doesn't take long to BBQ up some great tasting food. If it's real windy I wear a coat.

Nope, they are Fed the same thing as Cows. I bet you did not know that!

That why when you go buy your meat, ask ask the butcher about meat provenance, what it was feed, etc, if they dont know, get out of there fast.
