What i liked and disliked:

I quite like your stats area and how you have it setup. (the graphs are nice and i like the filters/breakdown options. I also liked your link code generator in the marketing tools section, though i think you should have payout listed there (even if all sites payout the same) I also think you could add a link to "view site" in the marketing section. (and make it link to a non popup version of the site) - You could also do this in the "Our Sites" section. In your tutorial section the "banner types" definition is missing. Other than that the site looks good and i found it very easy to navigate through.
