is this possible?
I would like to be able to give films away to people. But they would have to pay a small fee to watch them (i.e. enter a password).
In an ideal world, I would be able to give my films to other webmasters so they could earn 50%. Is this possible.

You are looking for pay per view right? And what exactly are you looking for. A billing company, or someone to built that for you? Might help if you explain a bit more.
A big company that does pay per view is AEBN, you might want to check out there site. |

If there is a firm that would provide succh a service, ie, I make the film, but they deal with the money side.
