Even though the name is managed, the servers aren't. If you can't manage a server on your own, don't even think about it. Plus, they don't work on weekends, so if you need a hard reboot you may or may not be SOL if it's a weekend.
Not saying they're bad. They were having some trouble with downtime a few months ago (Feb/March esp), but things seem to be more stable now. If you can handle your server and don't need to put critical stuff on it, then for the price they're pretty good. |

Their name is very deceiving as to what they actually provide. search google or yahoo.
