The Darkness

The only song I know by them is "I Believe in a Thing Called Love" and I like it. What other songs do they do that are worth checking out?

Yeah? My being exposed to I Believe in a Thing Called Love was a freak accident. I would never have heard of The Darkness except I was flipping channels one day trying to get to the World Poker Tour or something and as I went past MTV I heard something that sounded like actual music. I thought it was my imagination but I flipped back just to be sure and I thought it was a pretty good song.

yeah they're a hell of a band. check out the whole album, if you like 'I Believe in a Thing Called Love' then you'll probably like 'Get Your Hands Off of My Woman' and 'Love On the Rocks With No Ice'. 'Growing On Me' is awesome too.

It wasn't bad, but the video tripped me out. Same way I heard them for the first time.

Definitly check out the entire album. When I drove to SD, I can honestly say that the CD had an 3 full plays while driving up an back. This CD is the return of rock!

I started a thread here last year telling people outside of the UK to look out for them..I am such a trend spotter..lol.

I love them just because they are causing the UK record companies to sign proper bands again.

"I believe in a thing called love" is a hilarious song to me for some reason. I couldn't stop laughing the first time I saw the video
