Doctor just cleared me for food intake
No more ice cream, cream of wheat, or blended oatmeal for me, today i'm a free man. Sure it still hurts like the gates of hell, but i'm cleared to eat anything i want. So to start it off some family members chipped in & got me a dozen jumbo crabs, what better way to go from eating gruel, to eating the shiznit. Too bad i got to wait till 2 to pick them up! Agh! I guess i'll go make a pot of cream of wheat till then.
Now lemme tell you something about cream of wheat & blended oatmeal. NO ONE should have to eat nothing but them for 2-3 weeks. NO ONE. No not even those skinny etheopeans on t.v. specials. So NEVER put C.O.W. in one of those food donation box's, its cruel.

That is great to hear. I would be careful what you eat for the first couple of days.. it might go right thru you.. your body has gotten use to the "gruel" diet. When I fast.. i have to eat nothing but veggies for the first couple of days.. meat or fish cramped me up and gave me the bad shits..

I love Cream of Wheat. Apple Cinnamon is my favorite. But...I don't think I could eat it 3+ times a day for 3 weeks.

You'll need to ease yourself back into the good food man. Jumping back into a nice meal is going to make you feel terrible. Doc shut me off for a week once. That week of broth was absolute hell but the following week of food was just as bad.
