I fucked my buddies girlfriend once. Funny thing is even though we met her on the same night and he started dating her (I was dating her friend), I still hit it first.
He was upset, and I honestly didnt mean for it to happen. I was the one that told him about it, and I think he respected me for that. I told him to hit me, he wouldnt. Still ruined the friendship. But the sex was great

That is a tough situation. If you have to hang out a lot and she does flirt it makes things real weird, and unless you friend is oblivous to the world he will catch on. Depending on the type of guy he is (not the sharing type) all hell can break loose.
I fucked up a good friendship once screwing around with his girl (in my drunken stupid years). Never again its not worth it. The women come and go a good friend is hard to find.
