She said on Howard Stern awhile ago that she got a chin implant and collagen. She probably had a slight overbite which caused the receding chin.

On her "True Hollywood Story," she said when she went to get her first strip club job, they wouldn't hire her with her braces on, so she went home and took them off with a pair of pliers. So I assume her teeth weren't fully straightened when she did that.
